In 2013 Nova Scotia High School Football consisted of 19 teams divided into two divisions, the Nova Division and the Scotia Division. 
The first and second place teams in each division played cross over semi-finals with the winners playing for the Tier 1 championship. Semi-final results from weekend of November 9-10:
