FOOTBALL NEW BRUNSWICK 
NEW  BRUNSWICK  MINOR  FOOTBALL  COUNCIL
 OPERATING AUTHORITY AND PROCEDURES

1.    The N.B.M.F.C. is established as a committee of Football New Brunswick, composed of up to two representatives  from each minor football association that is a full voting member of Football New Brunswick. Presently Capital Area Minor, Fundy Minor and Moncton qualify as members of N.B.M.F.C.. The New Brunswick Football Officials Association is a non-voting member of the council.

2.    Each minor association will have one vote. A majority is required to pass motions.

3.    A quorum will be two of the three associations in attendance.

4.    The Vice President of Football New Brunswick will chair the meetings.

5.    The N.B.M.F.C. will:
       
      (i)   Set up the rules and regulations governing New  
             Brunswick PeeWee and Bantam  playoff games between
             teams from different associations.

           (ii)   Set up the rules and regulations governing New  
                  Brunswick “intraprovincial” Elite programs involving
                  teams from the minor football associations.  

          (iii)  Award the PeeWee and Bantam "Fair Play" Banners.

          (iv)  Coordinate the annual Pass, Punt and Kick competition.

6.    Any decisions by the N.B.M.F.C. are subject to approval by the
       Executive of Football New Brunswick.
