New
Brunswick Football Officials Association
Bursary
The New Brunswick Football Officials Association is offering bursaries
to students graduating from any New Brunswick High School, for the purposes of
assisting their education beyond the High School level.
Two bursaries are available, each in the amount of $350. One student
in the AAA Division, and one from the AA Division, will be selected
to receive a bursary. Each applicant will therefore be asked to submit one
application only.
Applicants must have participated in an organized, New
Brunswick-sanctioned tackle football league or Association, in any capacity, for
a minimum of three years. To be eligible for these bursaries, applicants must
also be enrolling in a post-secondary school in the fall following graduation.
Each bursary will be paid to the post-secondary school on behalf of the
award winner in the second semester , upon satisfactory proof of
the student’s registration. The award winners’ names will be announced at
their graduation ceremonies.
